Welcome to Dressingschool (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, digital products, WhatsApp automation services, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Our Services include two distinct offerings:

  • Digital Content: ebooks, guides, and other learning material delivered through direct links, in-app unlocks, or one-time access codes.
  • WhatsApp Bot Platform: a subscription-based service that lets you create AI-powered chatbots which reply to messages received on your WhatsApp number.

These Terms apply to both, except where a section specifically calls out one or the other.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Services, attempt to interfere with their operation, or access them using any method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Digital Products and Access Codes

Once payment is successfully completed for a digital product, you may receive access through direct links, in-app unlocks, or one-time codes. You are responsible for keeping your access code or login information confidential and must not share it publicly or resell access to our content.

5. WhatsApp Bot Platform — Important Disclosures

Unofficial automation. Our WhatsApp bot service uses unofficial automation of the WhatsApp Web client and is notbuilt on WhatsApp's official Business API. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept all of the following:

  • Risk of account restriction:Meta / WhatsApp may at any time, without notice, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban the WhatsApp number you connect to the bot. We have no control over or visibility into Meta's enforcement decisions.
  • No guarantee of continuity: We cannot guarantee that your bot will remain connected. Automation detection, WhatsApp client updates, infrastructure changes, or any policy decision by Meta may disconnect the bot at any time.
  • Dedicated number strongly recommended: You should use a dedicated business phone number with some prior activity history (not a brand-new SIM, not your personal number). Numbers used for spam, bulk messaging, or broadcast are at much higher ban risk.
  • Your responsibility for content and volume:You are solely responsible for the personality, knowledge base, and replies your bot sends. You must not use the bot to spam, broadcast unsolicited messages, send content that violates WhatsApp's terms, or impersonate any person or organisation.
  • AI-generated responses: Bot replies are generated by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any incorrect output. We are not liable for business, financial, or reputational consequences arising from bot replies.

By completing registration, you are agreeing to the above disclosures. If you are not comfortable with these risks, please do not connect your number to the Service.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing (WhatsApp Bot Platform)

  • WhatsApp bot plans (Trial, Starter, Growth, Pro) are purchased for a fixed period (7 days for Trial, 30 days for monthly plans) and do not auto-renew. To continue, you must manually purchase again before your period ends.
  • Each plan has a monthly contact quota and feature limits as shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase.
  • Add-ons (e.g. Lead Alerts, Extra Contacts) may be purchased on top of a plan. Monthly add-ons extend for 30 days from purchase; pack add-ons are one-time top-ups.
  • Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you pay. We may change prices for future purchases without notice.

7. Payments

All payments for our products and services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay). By making a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You understand that prices may change in the future.

8. Pricing and Offers

We may run promotional pricing or launch offers (for example, a limited-time launch price). Such offers are time-bound and may change or end without prior notice. The price applicable to you is the one shown at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, digital products, and software, is owned by Dressingschool or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the purchased content for your own individual or business use (as applicable). You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or share paid content without permission.
  • Use our content or bot platform for any commercial training, resale, or redistribution without a licence.
  • Use the bot to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that violates any law or WhatsApp's policies.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation via the bot.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate access controls, security systems, rate limits, or billing.

11. Service Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account (and any connected bots) at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, triggered Meta ban enforcement through abusive behaviour, or failed to pay amounts due. Payments already made for a terminated account are non-refundable except where required by law.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on and may link to third-party services, including Razorpay (payments), Meta / WhatsApp (messaging), third-party AI providers, our managed database provider, our transactional email provider, and app stores (e.g. Google Play). We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dressingschool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, including (without limitation) WhatsApp number restriction or ban, loss of leads or revenue from bot downtime, AI-generated response inaccuracies, data loss, or third-party service failures.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
