Don't Touch the People ("the game") is a single-player arcade game. You walk down a crowded street and try not to touch anyone. Every level, character, sound and image is bundled inside the app.
The game collects, stores, transmits and shares no personal data whatsoever. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting, no third-party service of any kind, and the app does not hold the INTERNET permission — it could not send data anywhere even if it tried.
Your progress — high scores, unlocked levels, coins, the skins and effects you own, your sound and steering preferences — is saved only in the app's private storage on your phone. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. It never leaves your device, and it is not backed up to any server of ours.
The game has no internet access, no location, no camera, no microphone, no contacts, no storage access and no advertising identifier.
The optional tilt steering reads your phone's orientation sensor while you are playing, purely to move your character on screen. Android does not require a permission for this sensor. The readings are used in the moment and immediately discarded — they are never stored, never logged and never transmitted. You can turn tilt off at any time with the STICK / TILT button beside the joystick.
There are no in-app purchases and no real money is involved anywhere in the game. Coins are earned by playing and exist only on your device.
The game is suitable for a general audience. Because no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children either. There is no chat, no user-generated content, no social features and no external links inside the game.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
