CleanSheet: Excel Offline CRM (package in.nareshbasude.cleansheet)
Effective date: 30 August 2026
CleanSheet collects no data. It has no internet access and requests zero Android permissions. Everything you open or type stays on your phone.
None. CleanSheet does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data, usage data, or file contents. The app contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporters and no account system.
When you open a spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xls or .csv), you pick it through Android's system file dialog. The file is read and processed entirely on your device. Exports are written only where you choose, again through the system dialog, and are always new files — your original is never modified.
To let you continue where you left off, CleanSheet saves your last opened sheet together with any comments and follow-up reminders you add ("workspace") in the app's private storage on your phone. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or open a different file.
The Call and WhatsApp buttons simply open your phone's dialer or WhatsApp with the number from your sheet pre-filled. CleanSheet does not place calls itself, does not read your contacts or call log, and receives nothing back from those apps. Anything you do inside the dialer or WhatsApp is governed by those apps' own policies.
The released app does not declare the INTERNET permission, so it is technically incapable of sending data anywhere.
CleanSheet is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13. Since no data is collected from anyone, no children's data is collected either.
If the app's behaviour ever changes (for example, an optional online feature), this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
