Summary: we only collect what is needed to deliver your order

All Black Co. is a shop that sells black clothes and accessories. The app has no account, no advertising and no analytics. You can browse without giving us anything. When you place an order, we need your name, mobile number and delivery address to deliver it — and that is all we collect.

1. Data we collect

Only when you place an order, the app sends the following to our own server:

Name, mobile number	To deliver the order and to contact you about it (for example, to confirm it or when the courier cannot find you).
Delivery address and PIN code	To ship the order to you.
What you ordered, sizes, quantities, prices and your payment choice (UPI or cash on delivery)	To fulfil, track and account for the order.
UPI transaction reference (only if you type it or your UPI app returns it)	To match your payment to your order.
An optional note you write to us	To follow your delivery instructions.

We do not collect your email, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising ID. There is no login, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind.

2. Payments

If you pay by UPI, the app opens your own UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or similar) with the amount filled in. The payment happens entirely inside that UPI app. We never see or store your bank account, card number, UPI PIN or any other banking detail. If you pay cash on delivery, you pay the courier when the order arrives.

3. Who we share it with

Your order details are seen by the All Black Co. team that packs and ships it. To deliver the parcel, your name, phone number and address are given to the courier company that carries it, as on any shipping label. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or anyone else.

4. Where it is kept, and for how long

Orders are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on our own server. We keep order records only as long as needed for deliveries, exchanges and our accounting and legal obligations, and delete them after that.

You can ask us to delete your personal details at any time by writing to the address below with your order number. We will delete or anonymise them, except where the law requires us to keep a record of a sale.

5. What stays on your phone

Your bag and wishlist.
Your delivery address, so the next checkout is quicker.
The numbers of the orders you placed on this phone (with a random code that lets only this phone see their status).
The last copy of the product list, so the shop opens offline.

This stays in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

6. Internet access and permissions

INTERNET — to load the products and photos from our server (allblack.nareshbasude.in) and to send your order.

The app asks for no other permission: no camera, microphone, contacts, location or storage. It lists the UPI apps installed on your phone only to show them as payment buttons; that list never leaves your phone.

Like any web request, loading the shop reveals your IP address to our server. The server keeps standard short-lived logs and we do not use them to profile anyone.

7. Children

The app is meant for adults (18+) buying clothes. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts collecting anything else, this page and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before that version is released.
